SUPERVISOR OF Court ClerksLocation: Sarasota, FL (34237)
6-month contract to hire
Reports to Manager who reports to Brooke
- NOTES:
Would like someone out of the Retail Industry or who has been in a fast-paced scheduling role.
- Person must be polished, able to put together lots of schedules for the clerks, be on the phone as well and handle escalated issues when needed.
- Scheduling at (75%) versus (25%) managing.
Candidate will train as a Court Clerk first and then as a supervisor.
- They will handle a ton of calls, high volume, fast pace.
- Must be able to read people well and handle conflict resolution within the team.
- Polished in ways of communications to court clerks and external clients.
Experience and Education
- Five years of progressively more responsible administrative experience and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications required.
- High School diploma or GED required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Business Administration, or related field preferred for this position.
- One year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of the preferred education.
Required
- Five years of progressively more responsible administrative experience and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications required.
- Minimum of one to three years of experience in management, or supervisory, capacity is required for this position.
Administrative Skills
- Ability to utilize Windows-based applications
- Ability to input data into various computer programs
- 10-key by Touch Typing
