Job Description:

Operate B737 scheduled and charter flights with the highest standards of safety and reliability.
Collaborate effectively with the flight crew to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for passengers.
Communicate clearly with Air Traffic Control and Ground Operations teams to support efficient flight operations.
Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements for smooth operations.

Requirements:

Education: Secondary education or higher (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred).
Flight Experience: Minimum of 500 hours on B737 aircraft.
Licensing: Valid B737 Rating in EASA License or ICAO ATPL(A) with B737 rating (subject to validation).
Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency (C1 level); minimum Level 4 proficiency for aviation.
Legal Right to Work: Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
Vaccination Requirement: Yellow fever vaccination (reimbursement provided with valid receipt).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus on safety.
