Job Description:
We are looking for our Airbus Commercial Division, a Front office Senior Trader (f/m), to be integrated into our Treasury Department based in Toulouse, France.
Treasury is the in-house bank, being in charge of hedging, cash investments as well as corporate funding. The Treasury Dealing Room manages a large derivatives portfolio (USD 80bn foreign exchange, EUR 6bn interest rate), between EUR 15-25bn treasury investments as well as smaller transactions in selected commodities.
You will perform your work in a truly international environment with several external parties (Over 30 banks, brokers, auditors) and internal parties (sales and sales financing, accounting, legal, tax teams as well as other Treasury teams).

Your challenges:
Financial markets expertise, at Group level
Follow development of financial markets and derive appropriate trading strategies under consideration of market liquidity, XVA charges, credit and market capacity.
Price, advise and execute hedging transactions / derivatives according to the request of subsidiaries and Committee’s decisions.
Manage the liquidity (ie Asset and Liability position) by ensuring daily cash investments/short-term issuances, appropriate interest rate risk management, and by providing appropriate cash forecasts.
Manage the long-term investments (bonds) duration and credit risk strategy.
Provide advice to subsidiaries to hedge financial risks from firm contracts and support commercial offers.
Committees
Tools and digitalisation
Maintain and improve asset liability management tools including acquisition of treasury investments; Explore and implement solutions for electronic trading in ALM (e.g. electronic bond trading)
Contribute to the implementation of a new FX risk module , including FX options instruments
Manage projects on ALM as well as other (IT) projects within the dealing room (including preparation of request for proposals to main stakeholders)
Strengthen the digitalization of processes (integration of spread sheets to treasury management system, management reporting, preparation of committees, workflow and process improvement)
Economic monitoring with Reuters, Bloomberg, etc…
Your boarding pass:
At least 10 years of experience within the Front office of a major corporate, sales or trading organization of a major bank or portfolio manager within a large asset manager institution.
Deep knowledge of interest rate risk management, credit risk, corporate bond risk analysis, FX risk, money market instruments and pricing of common derivatives is mandatory.
Strong team spirit, ability to transfer knowledge and ability to work autonomously
Good communication and reporting skills required, genuine interest in Business
Strong focus on Ethic & Compliance, transparency, discipline and process-based
Language skills: Negotiation level of English.
Salary range:
Salary range based on the required profile: 85 to 95 K€/year (including a variable part based on your performance). Information provided as an indication.
