The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services team:
RTX (ES) Procurement & Program Servicesis a centralized service organization that provides procurement, supplier data services, strategic affordability analysis and defense global customs services to internal customers across RTX. The success of Enterprise Services gives RTX a competitive edge by allowing us to better meet the demands of our customers through increased efficiency, affordability and productivity.
ES Procurement & Program Services is seeking a high performing candidate to join the Technology and Transformation team within the ES Operations and Business Services group. The Technology and Transformation team provides leadership in continuous improvement leveraging RTX CORE principles, process management and documentation, process standardization, process automation leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Business Process Management (BPM). This role entails close collaboration with team members and stakeholders internal and external to ES Procurement in order to implement strategies to drive process continuous improvement and automation. Key stakeholders include ES Technology, Compliance, Procurement, Global Customs, Strategic Affordability Management, Supplier Data Services and Technology and Transformation team members.
What You Will Do
- Support the establishment/maintenance of process operating policies and procedures for Procurement and Program Services.
- Support the strategy, development, and execution of process continuous improvement efforts for Procurement and Program Services
- Support the strategy, development, and standardization of Procurement and Program Services processes and process governance.
- Support the strategy, development, and execution of process automation efforts for Procurement and Program Services.
- Support establishing and administering functional projects.
- Provide subject matter expertise for process automation solutions and process governance.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience. Degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain as a Buyer, Subcontract Manager, Material Program Manager, Business Process Management (Supply Chain Operations), Material Planner, Customs Processor, Financial Affordability Analyst, Supplier Data Analyst or in process documentation and automation.
- At least one year of experience working with SAP ECC (PRISM/APEX).
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Strong communication, meeting facilitation, collaboration and negotiation skills
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with change management activities along with strong presentation skills and project management skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing priorities at the same time.
- Working knowledge of Global Customs, Universal Commodity Codes and the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
- Flexibility to travel to RTX sites as required.
- RTX CORE Apprentice Certification or higher.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
