For our office in Grace-Hollogne (Liège), Belgium, we are looking for:
People Partner (F/M/X - Fulltime)
The People Partner ensures the company's HR processes and interactions with both line managers and employees. This hybrid role will focus on driving employee engagement, talent management, learning & development and key HR initiatives while ensuring accurate and compliant payroll.
Key Tasks
·You act as point of contact and sparring partner for line management and employees, advising and supporting teams and acting as a reference point for all HR-related topics.
·You develop appropriate process and guidance to support people leaders on all managerial topics (performance, absenteeism, …)
·You maintain HR data’s to support the Business decision making.
·You coordinate full life cycle recruitment; supervising selection processes and onboarding.
·You lead HR projects in area of responsibility and promote corporate HR initiatives.
·You act as an active partner to drive culture and organizational change by encouraging employee engagement.
·You process payroll for all workers ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
·You maintain and update HR systems for payroll, benefits, and compliance reporting.
·You support the administration of compensation strategies, employee benefits programs, and salary benchmarking.
Qualifications
·Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
·At least 3 years of relevant work experience, including payroll administration
·Experience in an international or multi-country HR environment is a plus
·Strong knowledge of HR principles, payroll systems, and labor laws
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·Languages: Fluent in French and English
·Is a positive role model for ethical behavior, fairness and integrity
·Analytical mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills
