Position Summary
A customer driven leader who has a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to lead a team of Technical Account Managers. We are looking for an individual who leads by example as the TAM team provides ongoing technical guidance and mentorship on implementation, expansion, new features, and best practices. The mission of this leader will be to ensure our TAMs are driving product adoption by exploring solutions that ensure customers find value in our product. This team is responsible for providing technical guidance and solving complex problems for our strategic customers, resulting in increased product adoption, and ensuring customers’ objectives are met and high value use cases are delivered.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Be a customer's advocate and work with customers, partners, customer account teams, and other internal Imperva teams to reach timely resolutions.
Create and deepen customer relationships by building rapport and traveling customers on-site as needed.
Subject matter expert on Imperva Application Security Suite of products (DDOS, DNS Protection, Cloud WAF, On prem WAF, API Security, ABP)
Deep knowledge of cyber security industry best practices to serve as a trusted advisor to solution topology and architecture of customer environments
Collaborating with CSM/PS/Support teams to review high-value and high-risk accounts
Providing technical explanation of current product design, best practices, and roadmap changes
Optimizing customizing environments to get maximum value from Imperva products and services
Performing value assessment to review architecture, technology environment, and business requirements
Provide optimization and expansion opportunities and best practice recommendations
Solidifying the partnership with the customer and Imperva
Identifying expansion opportunities via cross-sell and upsell
Minimum Qualifications
Ensure team is delivering on their customer and team objectives
Ensure customer retention and growth as well as healthy margins
Ability to understand and communicate concepts quickly, succinctly, and accurately.
Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with customers
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment
Demonstrated ability to evaluate business needs, network infrastructure, web application architecture, security requirements, and DNS configurations of clients to deliver appropriate integration solutions.
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant work experience.
3+ years experience working with Cloud or Security or Network related products.
2+ years experience leading a team and motivate a team during times of change
The anticipated TTC range for this role is $125,000 - 175,000 Annual. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, state, or federal law.
