EuroBonus is SAS’ main tool for creating loyalty. We have 8 million members and are considered one of Europe’s leading loyalty programs with a highly engaged member base. Members of the program can gain levels and benefits and earn points that they spend on flight tickets, upgrades and other awards that can be bought for points.
In addition to flying SAS, points and benefits can be achieved by engaging in the program through our many partners, both within the airline and travel industry and beyond. Points are earned on credit cards, hotel stays, rental cars, shopping and other products and services that our members interact with daily. Points can also be used to purchase products and services from many of our partners.
Besides from driving loyalty to SAS, EuroBonus is a profit center that generates revenue from commission and selling points to partners.
We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and driven person to ensure attractive and engaging development of the program. This person will work with the overall strategic direction of the EuroBonus program and drive key strategic projects that will define the future of EuroBonus.
EuroBonus consists of two teams: EuroBonus Program, responsible of the program structure, benefits and earn and use of points on flights, and EuroBonus Partners, responsible of the EuroBonus partnerships that our members can interact with in everyday life. The two teams work tightly together, and the position supports both teams. The position reports to Head of EuroBonus Program.
Challenges you will work on:
• Manage key strategic projects
• Guide the strategic path of EuroBonus, and ensure coherence and right prioritization amongst the many developments within EuroBonus
• Input and feedback to colleagues in EuroBonus Program and Partner teams, so that all work is aligned to the above
• Participation in EuroBonus management team, together with Head of EuroBonus Program, Head of EuroBonus Partners and Senior Analytics Manager
