Position: Class 2 Driver x10
Salary: £36,000-£39,000 + £2,600 HGV Premium
Location: Northampton, Swan Valley (NN4 9BD)
Shift Pattern: Any 5 from 7 (including weekends) - Flexible start times from 05:00-08:00am or 13:00pm.

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking Class 2 drivers to play a vital role in our distribution service within our Consumer and Convenience sector!
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- Working any 5 from 7 - must be happy with weekend work
- Multi-drop delivery into large supermarkets, convenience stores and petrol stations
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Report any shortages or damages to the transport department within a timely manner
- Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
- Secure loads effectively and ensure loads are within weight limits
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
We'd love to hear from you if you have the following experience but don't hesitate to apply if you don't tick every box on this page - we're great at spotting talent and potential in everyone:
- You will hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving Licence - Essential
- Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- 3 months + driving experience in a class 2 vehicle or similar
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to read, understand and follow directions/instructions
- Ability to move product which may require bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching and/or lifting, in line with Health and Safety regulations
- Flexible and able to work weekdays and weekends.
