Role Overview
We are looking for a Certified Aviation Maintenance Technician to perform inspection, testing, repair, and maintenance of aircraft systems and components. The role includes troubleshooting, power plant operations assessment, and supervising junior technicians while ensuring compliance with aviation standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and major aircraft modifications.
• Troubleshoot and rectify defects using approved maintenance manuals.
• Conduct inspections, evaluate malfunctions, and determine necessary repairs.
• Replace obsolete components and install new parts.
• Ensure work complies with specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
• Use approved tools and equipment for maintenance tasks.
• Guide and train junior technicians and trainees, promoting skill development.
• Progressively sign off on completed tasks and report defects to supervisors.
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in aircraft maintenance, with practical experience in Airbus or Boeing fleets.
• Education: AME diploma from a DGCA-recognized college with a Certificate of Completion (COC).
• Skills: Proficiency in aircraft troubleshooting, power plant maintenance, and interpreting technical manuals.
• Certification: FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification preferred.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations and aviation standards.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
