A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled Sr. Executive-Parts Sales Admin & Verification like you, to oversee and bring expertise to our team.

Key Accountabilities:
Manage customer communications in regard to order placement and status
Be responsible for Sales Order processing, invoicing and related administrative tasks for certain Project Service customers.
Prepare, organize and store order information in paper and digital form/system platform. Deal with queries by email or on the phone then convert to written communication
Collaborate with sales, finance, service operations teams and Demand Supply Planning & Control to analyze market trends, sales forecasts, and demand patterns to optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability.
Align with Demand Supply Planning & Control in analyzing current demand and supply issues or unusual occurrences, trends to forecast customer requirements, and develop plans accordingly
Sets up summary documents and report to help Sales team, Head of Supply Chain Management and senior management develop their strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer success and satisfaction
Develop and maintain close relationships with partners and customers, and respond to any complaints, queries in timely manner
Develop and maintain close relationships with related stakeholders (Sales, Demand Supply Planning and Control, Logistics and Cross Boarder Management team) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
Monitor metrics to measure performance and identify areas of improvement.
Monitor supply chain activities to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Analyze data and develop reports to effectively communicate performance to senior management
- Prepare and submit regular reports of weekly / monthly / year-to-date comparisons
- Prepare and submit reports based on assignment
- Present performance insight to Head of SCM and senior management in a timely manner. Continuous strategy development and execution in alignment with company business plan.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field
Computer literate: Microsoft Office (advance in Excel or Power BI), SAP Proficient in written & spoken English
At least 3 years working experiences in Order Management and/or Supply Chain Management.
Proven experience in logistics administration and customer service
Knowledge of proper administration and reporting methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, result-oriented, working independently, contribution to team success
Self-driven for taking initiative, team player with good interpersonal skills.
Should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent track record in achieving business targets, strategy development and successful execution.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent in networking with external partners or customers, and internal stakeholders.
Experience in Indonesian laws and regulations.
