About The Job
- Create and adapt branding materials for hotel branding and rebranding projects, ensuring consistency across all markets.
- Develop and maintain branding guidelines, including revising design templates for cultural and market-specific needs.
- Support brand governance through operational audits and provide action recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct onsite visits to support brand discussions and ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Provide administrative support for branding approvals in the TUI Brand Hub.
- Develop training materials and conduct online sessions for hotel partners to ensure consistent brand identity and adherence.
- Manage communication with hotel partners, offering guidance on branding-related topics.
About You
- Preferably a completed degree in graphic design, communication design, marketing, branding, or a related field; alternatively, training as a media designer with relevant professional experience in branding.
- Preferably several years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or marketing, ideally within the hospitality sector or an agency focused on brand development and corporate design.
- Solid knowledge in corporate design, brand development, and experience in (re-)branding projects.
- Experience in adapting and developing templates for different cultural requirements, including international markets.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic knowledge of MS Office for administrative tasks.
- Strong project management skills, particularly in branding projects, and familiarity with brand governance standards.
- Fluent in English; German and additional languages are an advantage, given the focus on international markets.
