Role Introduction
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic individual who oversees and supervise the daily assigned team member functions and ensures overall operations run smoothly and efficiently during the operational shift whilst conforming to the established safety and security standards. Who delivers the best possible operation and airport service experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Rigorously execute corporate safety and quality policies to ensure the station, employees and suppliers are fully compliant with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Manage and oversee Ground Handling Agent teams are dedicated to Cathay flight operations.
- Support the team to deliver “Service Straight From the Heart” on a daily basis.
- Effectively manage flight disruptions and irregularities and support airport management as required.
- Familiarity with all contingency plans and manual fall-back procedures to meet the required standards.
- Support the on-boarding process and support the team to adopt new challenges and changes.
- Support the Airport Operations Manager to implement any action plan efficiently and admin tasks.
Requirements
- Essential:
- Must have the right to work and live The Netherlands.
- Strong command of written and spoken in Dutch and English is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently with good decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle different operational modes such as normal operations or contingency situations.
Desirable:
- High level education (Hogeschool) or a post-secondary school education.
- At least 3 years solid Customer Service experience, preferably in airlines or airport service.
- Self-motivated and committed leader who enjoys teamwork.
