Johnson Service Group has an immediate opening for a Sales Rep with B2B sales experience in the SMB market for Internet service providers. This is expected to be a long term contract position. Hybrid position, primarily from home, with occasional meetings in Santa Clara, CA
Identify/Target new opportunities respond to leads within the SMB and mid-market segments across the Bay Area
- Develop/Execute strategic sales plan to generate leads and close new business deals
- Build/Manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to consistently achieve sales targets
- Manage opportunities effectively, ensuring accurate forecasting and maximizing close ratios
- Cultivate/Maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target base
- Conduct product presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our solutions
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and optimize sales efforts
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience in the telecommunications/internet access services market
- Proven track record of achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Experience in selling Fixed Wireless and/or Wi-Fi solutions is preferred
- Channel experience and working with Trusted Advisors/Agents is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and a strategic approach to sales
- Familiarity with the Bay Area business/prospect and Partner landscape
- Experience maintaining a CRM for customer interactions
This is a salaried exempt position. Salary of $70,000 plus commissions.
