Reporting to the
Overseas Operations Development Manager, Our
Senior Development and Delivery Executive is responsible for driving and delivering innovation within the Overseas Operations team. Through engagement with a wide range of stakeholders, you’ll support the delivery of process improvements, efficiencies and implement new initiatives.
Our
UK-based Overseas Operations Team serves as a centralised function to support
Jet2holidays colleagues in destination. You will be part of the team responsible for delivering the ultimate VIP Customer Service to
Jet2holidays customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
Our
Senior Development and Delivery Executive will support the effective successful implementation of projects, delivering long-term improvements and efficiencies.
- You’ll ensure that data analysis process improvements and driving efficiencies are key focus areas to ensure scalable growth and enable us to deliver industry-leading customer service.
- You’ll ensure project aims, objectives and tasks are delivered to agreed timelines, providing regular updates to Senior stakeholders whilst supporting the delivery of Overseas development strategies.
What You’ll Have
- A decisive, analytical, and critical thinker, with excellent interpersonal skills to deal with challenging situations and relationships with key stakeholders. You will be able to assimilate information, determine priorities and make decisions under pressure in an ever-changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral are a must for this position.
- A strong MS Office skillset, particularly MS Excel.
