Job Title: Digital Solutions Lead
Working Pattern: Full Time

An opportunity has become available for a Digital Solutions Lead to join our team in London.
The role will sit within the Operations arm of the business which is a fast-paced team that is responsible for the day to day management of business, implementation of its transactions and business improvement activities. The successful candidate will need to be passionate about business improvement, have an eye for detail and work with a diverse mix of internal and external partners and customers.
About RRPF & Aether
Rolls-Royce & Partners Finance (“RRPF”) is the world’s largest leasing business for Rolls-Royce aircraft engines. We support over 50 customers worldwide, specialising in long-term lease finance solutions.
Aether manages assets on behalf of third-party owners, enabling the efficient leasing and return of civil aircraft engines to airlines around the world, mainly on short term leases.
The size and structure of the RRPF and Aether organization means that you will work alongside and communicate with senior team members daily.

What you will be doing:
With this exciting opportunity you will get a chance to:
- Responsible for identifying business deficiencies and resolving them via stakeholder management, process improvement and digital solutions.
- This includes detailed documentation of requirements and project management of resource, priority and issue resolution.
- Lead the transformation of in-house created digital systems and customer products for the global aviation industry.
- Responsible for implementing data strategy and maintenance, including supplier management to ensure timely maintenance and updates including cyber security.
- Product owner for integration activities, including first responder on integration errors and responsible for UAT.
- Project management with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all policies, procedures and infrastructure meet Group and JV requirements. Proactively seek approvals of all new systems and use cases, including completion of all required documentation, pen testing and contractual negotiations.
- Maintain day-to-day relationship with internal (Rolls-Royce IT) and external system vendors for IT infrastructure management.
- Work with COO to scope digital systems to support business transformation initiatives.
- Provide Product ownership for in-house civil engine software applications.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills and experience leading a multi-disciplined, globally dispersed team
- Proven record of successfully creating and implementing a digital change agenda
- Able to quickly understand business processes and requirements
- ISO 9001, ISO 27001 & ISO 22301 experience is desirable.
- Experience in Project Management or Product Manager Roles (preferably for Civil Aero Engine System projects)
- A through understanding of data management
