What You’ll Do:
Join Archer to manage the development and execution of the vertiport product line as the head of real estate development. In addition to the future business, lead optimization efforts on our existing real estate portfolio targeting cost and space efficiencies across workspace, lab, and manufacturing spaces. This roll will lead real estate transactions, provide executive-level reporting, and ensure the portfolio aligns with world-class operating standards. The head of real estate development is critical in shaping Archer’s real estate strategy of both the existing business as well as future vertiport networks, reporting to the Chief Infrastructure Officer. We are looking for dynamic, forward-thinking and inspiring, innovative people.
- Project Manage, with internal and external stakeholders stakeholders, the evolution and execution of the vertiport product line on time, on budget and with superior quality.
- Analyze the real estate operating portfolio to target annual cost and space efficiencies across the workspace, lab and manufacturing asset portfolio.
- Lead and analyze future real estate transactions to create appropriate deal structures for the business to make informed transactional decisions across their workspaces, labs, manufacturing and vertiport.
- Create executive-level reporting and executive engagement at HQ to ensure that the existing real estate portfolio meets world-class standards.
- Collaborating with senior leadership, you’ll contribute to projects that shape the future of technology, leveraging your analytical skills and understanding of industry trends to drive meaningful results.
- Responsible for the negotiation, documentation, due diligence and integration planning along with researching and analyzing industries, companies and relevant segments and business models.
- Partner with senior leadership to define inorganic strategic themes and evaluate potential strategic opportunities.
- Develop and present detailed strategic business cases and valuation analyses to senior leadership.
- Facilitate and coordinate all phases of real estate deals, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement and refine processes to ensure world-class execution standards.
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts to gain insights on trends and opportunities.
What You Need:
- 10+ years of experience in real estate development, construction management, facilities management and corporate development
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Confidence in presenting to executive management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in schedule management tools, financial modeling software and Google Workspace

At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $235,000 - $290,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
