About the role
You will own the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns covering a variety of destinations to include tourist boards and hotel partners. Planning campaigns, booking media and then reporting on the campaign’s success. As well as delivering effective campaigns you will also own the ongoing relationships with your portfolio of hotels and tourist boards, investing in effectively developing these relationships and really understanding what these partners need.
Working in a brilliant small team there is a strong emphasis on teamwork, pulling together for the overall delivery. You will have the autonomy to develop your hotel relationships and be trusted and supported to do this. Lots to learn but with the support to do this.
This is a busy and multi-tasking role, so you need to be incredibly organised to be able to juggle multiple deadlines, partners, media agencies and campaign stages all at the same time. We really do mean it when we say every day is different!

What you will be doing
- Own the day-to-day delivery of marketing for your own portfolio of partners
- Developing relationships with your external partners, stakeholders and our internal teams to effectively deliver
- Create commercially viable ideas for activity
- Analyse all available data and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership campaigns.
- Ensure that the most appropriate products are used, that they are displayed correctly and that they are effectively promoted.
- Write and deliver clear briefs to external media and creative agencies as well as the internal design team for key campaign creative requirements.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience in a marketing/comms related role and an understanding of how to deliver marketing campaigns
- Relationship management is the corner stone for success in the role, so a proven ability to build effective ongoing relationships with credibility, both internally and externally, is a must
- In travel things can change so a proven ability to understand, articulate and respond to changing internal and external environments will be needed.
- There is a lot to juggle so you need an excellent organisational and planning ability
- Partnership marketing experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to travel and represent the company at trade functions outside normal working hours
What we can offer you
Circa £28-30k per annum salary (this may vary depending on your relevant skills and experience)
We have two opportunities. A permanent role and a 12-month fixed term role, due to maternity leave. Both joining a thriving marketing team will lots of opportunities for you to develop, learn from a fantastic set of colleagues and take your career forward in a well-known brand
Our offices are based in central Crawley and we offer hybrid working (within the UK only). Generally, this role works from our offices twice a week, with additional days as needed depending on meetings etc. Office days are co-ordinated so that colleagues in the same team are in the office together to collaborate in person. We usually support new colleagues in the office full time for the first few weeks.
