Role Name: Lead - Talent Acquisition Operations – Corporate Functions
Job Purpose
The Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Professional will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our talent acquisition analytics function. This includes driving strategic initiatives related to TA analytics, operational efficiency, compliance, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in managing TA operations, analyzing recruitment metrics, implementing best practices, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational compliance standards.

- Key Accountabilities
- Talent Acquisition Analytics & Reporting:
- Lead the development and implementation of TA analytics strategies to track and measure recruitment performance, KPIs, and overall effectiveness.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, including talent pipeline health, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity hiring metrics, and candidate experience.
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis and trends.
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations to streamline reporting and improve decision-making.
- TA Operations Management (Compliance & Governance):
- Oversee the compliance of end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement across all functions.
- Manage and optimize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Implement and maintain TA workflows, ensuring they align with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to recruitment compliance, including data privacy and anti-discrimination practices.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of recruitment activities to ensure compliance with organizational and legal standards.
- Post offer candidate management

- Offer management (release to onboarding)
- Develop & manage post offer engagement model (buddy system, regular communication, EWS, etc.)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient offer to onboarding process.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Management:
- Provide training and guidance to TA teams and hiring managers on recruitment process & ATS.
- Expense & billing:
- SPOC for Agency billing/tracking
- SPOC for candidate reimbursement
- SPOC for Agency contract management
- Continuous Improvement & Strategy Development:
- Drive continuous improvements in TA operations, identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the employer brand and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and tools that can be applied to TA functions to drive innovation.
Team Management
- Hold teams accountable for defined performance measures (KPIS/SLAs committed to functions) facilitating internal departmental efficiency and effectiveness
- Create an atmosphere that promotes moral, ethical and legal business conduct
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

E. Educational and Experience Requirements
Minimum Education requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred)

- 8+ years of experience in managing TA focused on TA analytics, operations, and compliance.
- Extensive experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, etc.), HRIS, and talent analytics tools.

- 12+ years of experience in managing initiatives and programs pertaining to Talent Acquisition
- Experience in the aviation sector is an added advantage
- In-depth understanding of hiring regulations, data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and diversity & inclusion standards.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional projects, and communicate effectively with senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
