What You'll Be Doing
As a HR Graduate, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future talent strategy of our organisation, contributing to both operational and strategic HR functions. Throughout the programme, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of HR and its impact on business success.
Your Journey Will Include
- Developing Future Talent Pipelines: Working with our central HR team to focus on critical initiatives such as future skills planning, succession management, generational workforce shifts, and preparing for retirement waves.
- Strategic HR Development: Contributing to the design and execution of strategies that address long-term organisational needs while gaining insights into site-based and functional HR roles.
- Operational HR: Supporting essential functions such as payroll, time and attendance management, performance management, and the implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Functional HR: Participating in activities like employee development, succession planning, organisational mapping, and leading change initiatives.
Your programme will provide you with a blend of hands-on experience, strategic exposure, and mentoring to help you grow into a well-rounded HR professional. Your final placement will be based in Bristol, where you’ll take on an impactful HR role at the end of the programme.
What You'll Bring
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field (2.1 or Higher)
- An interest in or prior exposure to HR concepts, such as talent management, organisational change, or employee engagement, is advantageous but not required
