Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and understand business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for analytics using SAP BW, SAP BO and SAC
- Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions and SAP and non-SAP data extraction and modelling in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Analyse and translate user needs into business and technical requirements, design, develop and ensure smooth implementation through collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, design specifications, and user guides
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP analytics solutions and best practices
- Collaborate with SAP functional experts to ensure quality and timely delivery of SAP analytics solutions with existing business processes
- Continuously monitor SAP analytics platform and resolve any issues or bugs that may arise
- Manage vendors and QA their deliverables in detail and ensure any defects and non-compliance in standards addressed promptly
- Work independently to ensure successful, on-time delivery of project/enhancement by anticipating dependencies and impediments, prioritizing multiple stakeholders and tasks, making trade-offs between business needs and constraints and managing work time efficiently
Requirements
- Degree qualification in Information Technology related in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines, Masters preferred
- 8+ years of related IT experience covering but not limited to:
- Software development
- System analysis
- Business analysis
- Solution definition
- System Testing
- Proven experience with SAP BW, SPA BO, SAC, ABAP and other BI tools
- Working experience in S4 HANA is must
- Client facing experience with successful relationship management is a plus
- Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
- Good knowledge of data modeling, data visualization, report design and data warehouse management
- Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization techniques
