An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vice President (VP) - Global Employee Relations Governance and Compliance.
What you will be doing
With this attractive opportunity you will get a chance to:
- Lead global ER governance and compliance, setting standards for investigations, policy and assurance
- Chair the Investigation Advisory Group and oversee complex, high profile cases including ethics and Speak Up matters
- Drive ER analytics and reporting to provide cultural insights and early warning indicators
- Build capability across leaders and People teams, promoting dignity, respect and psychological safety
Preferred requirements:
- Demonstrate deep expertise in ER investigations including leadership of complex, sensitive cases
- Provide calm, confidential counsel to executives and partner effectively with legal
- Deliver strategic leadership in case management, dispute resolution, and ER policy development
- Show experience in audit and assurance, ER reporting, and analytics to drive insight to action
- Exhibit exceptional communication, integrity, and influence at senior levels
