Our client is looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead their aviation operations in Austria.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for a combined MRO + FBO site of around 40 employees. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure compliance with the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all operational, technical, and financial aspects of the site.
Define and execute business strategies aligned with customer needs and organizational goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships.
Lead and develop a motivated, high-performing team.
Champion safety, quality, and compliance across all operations.
Candidate Profile
Strong background in MRO with solid technical expertise.
Proven leadership experience in aviation operations.
Business acumen and ability to scale operations effectively.
Excellent communication skills; English required, German a plus.
Willingness to relocate within Austria and travel internationally.
