- Monitor inventory levels & recommend stock adjustments as necessary
- Select products, negotiate terms with vendors, place purchase orders, and monitor the entire procurement process.
- Resolve receiving problems and invoicing issues
- Responsible for maintaining vendor master data.
- Perform analysis and present recommendations on a wide range of inventory-related reports
- Create and maintain reports on inventory levels, performance, and other key metrics to present to management.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory control and purchasing processes and implement new procedures or technologies.
- Analyze and recommend inventory rebalancing and supplier returns.
- Verify and approve purchase orders submitted by the buying team.
