📢 We are looking for our next Operations Ramp Supervisor Brussels in Brussels. You will be key in ensuring operational efficiency in terms of safety and security, service, quality, optimization, and sustainability, according to the department's yearly goals and standards.

🚀 There's no routine here; every day brings a new challenge. Among your main responsibilities will be:

Maintaining local contact with the Service Provider / Ground Handling Agent (GHA) at an operational lev
el.Ensuring that all relevant knowledge (standards, processes, etc.) is properly transferred, and that all operations are carried out according to defined procedur
es.Supervising and following up on ramp operations (loading and unloading, aircraft preparation, safety, warehouse communication, etc.) is their primary responsibili
ty.Ensuring that all interactions and communications within the stakeholders involved in the operational flow are carried out as need
ed.Being responsible for ensuring compliance with the safety and security standards defined or adopted by the company in the ramp area.

🎯 What do you need to take off in this role?

Bachelor degrees in areas such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or alike are prefer
able.It is essential that you have your European Pass
port.It is essential that you have more than 2 years working in operational areas. Experience in other areas of business will be accepted though operational experience will be priorit
ized.If you are very familiar with the Google environment, you are already one step ahead because it is very necessary for this position! It's a plus if you have Advanced Excel knowl
edge.We need you to have an advanced level of English and Spanish. If you understood this, we are on the right track.
