📑 Your responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via email and phone
- Register and report deviations in aircraft handling
- Distribute documents and goods to the correct departments
- Handle documents in our own software program (Cargospot)
- Identify anomalies and prepare documents
- Maintain safety and quality standards
- Guide and train new employees
- Welcome drivers and direct them to the correct loading docks
📌 What we expect from you:
- In possession of a secondary school diploma
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
- Flexibility to work in three shifts (including weekends and holidays)
- Focus on customer satisfaction and quality
- Proactive, communicative, and responsible
- Adherence to safety protocols and company guidelines
