We are looking for a visionary Head of Transformation to drive our digital strategy and lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. In this role, you will define and implement a digital roadmap aligned with corporate strategy, lead cross-functional transformation programs, and ensure technologies such as automation, data analytics, and AI deliver measurable business value.
- You will act as a bridge between business and IT, drive a digital-first culture, and oversee governance, KPIs, and reporting for all transformation activities.
- Your leadership will ensure scalable, secure, compliant, and customer-focused digital solutions across the organisation.
Requirements
The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, AI, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital transformation, strategy, or leadership roles
- Experience in consulting and/or enterprise transformation programs highly desirable
- Background in aerospace, manufacturing, or technology preferred
- Strong expertise in digitalization, ERP systems, automation, and data analytics
- Proven leadership and change management capability in complex organizations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, solution-driven approach
- High resilience, structured work style, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Cultural awareness and ability to work in international environments
- German language skills are an advantage
