Develop, execute, and oversee innovative marketing projects from conception to completion;
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project goals align with company objectives;
Manage timelines, resources, and budget allocations for projects;
Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to adjust marketing plans as needed;
Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, providing insights and strategic recommendations;
Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and communicates our unique value proposition effectively;
Working according to approved company processes;
Participating in daily meetings based on Lean principles;
Setting and achieving short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the company’s strategic goals;
Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by the direct manager.
We dream about a team member who:
- Has bachelor\'s degree in marketing, or related field;
- Has at least 2 years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of managing marketing projects successfully;
- Has hands-on experience in at least 1 area of marketing (i.e. PPC, SEO, Content);
- Has strong leadership skills and experience with cross-functional team collaboration;
- Has excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills;
Proficient in using marketing software and tools, including CRM platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems;
Hasexcellentskills in a Microsoft Office 365 environment or has basic conceptional computer literacy;
Can work independently and is self-motivated and willing to take ownership;
Knows how to manage several complex projects at once;
Has analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
Has willingness to share skills, knowledge and expertise;
Uses the English language at an effectively operational and independent level;
Is flexible with good time management skills;
Has respectful and positive attitude;
