Job Summary
As a product manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our aviation-related products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the evolving needs of the aviation industry and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and vision for aviation-related products, aligning them with the company's goals and market needs.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the aviation domain.
Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, features, and release schedules, considering market dynamics and customer requirements.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with aviation industry experts, customers, and internal stakeholders to gather, prioritise, and document product requirements.
Product Development: Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure products are developed efficiently and meet quality standards. Make data-driven decisions to drive product development.
Launch and Go-to-Market: Lead product launches, including defining go-to-market strategies, creating marketing materials, and coordinating with sales and customer support teams.
Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor product performance, gather feedback, and use data analysis to make improvements, increase customer satisfaction, and drive product adoption.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including Finance, Operations, and Sales, to ensure successful product development and market adoption.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
Proven experience as a product manager in the aviation industry.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritise, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools
