Senior Executive – Airline Partnerships
- Support the implementation and negotiations of partnership initiatives. Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions quickly and effectively.
- Conduct independent analysis and develop reports which clearly communicate and track alliance project progress.
- Assess emerging international and domestic air transport policies and analyze other airlines' competitive and alliance activities.
- Responsible for Irregularity / Passenger re-protection agreements
- Responsible for communication to relevant departments in IndiGo regarding ongoing commercial agreements.
- Support efforts to obtain approvals from the governments concerned for traffic rights and other regulatory approvals. Contribute to the overall development and management of code share relationships.
- Excellent relationship skills, with demonstrated ability to build long and lasting relationships.
- Highly developed communication (written and verbal), including influencing and conflict resolution skills.
- Responsible for the technical, functional, and business implementation and maintenance of all codeshares, interlines and all partnerships projects.
- Manage the IT integration for all partners by managing project timelines, key tasks, and conflict resolution.
Professional Qualification/knowledge
- At least 5 years of experience working in an airline or airline consulting environment, should have rounded knowledge about the airline industry and airline operations.
- Total 5 years or more work experience.
- Must be adept with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Gradution is required, Preference for post graduate degree in management.
