JSG is seeking an experienced Test Engineer Supervisor / Manager to lead all test engineering operations for high-reliability aerospace and defense products.
This role manages the development, execution, and optimization of test systems and processes while overseeing a large test engineering and technician team.

Lead, supervise, and develop a team of 20+ test engineers and technicians.

Oversee creation and improvement of test procedures, fixtures, and automated test systems.

Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO, and MIL-STD requirements.

Investigate failures, drive RCCA, and support production, quality, and engineering teams.

Manage test documentation, data integrity, equipment maintenance, and calibration.

Support NPI test planning and ensure test readiness for new programs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test yield, cycle time, and throughput.

BS degree required in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related).

Master’s degree preferred.

Supervisory experience managing 20+ people in test engineering or production test environments.

5+ years of test engineering experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability electronics.

Strong knowledge of automated test systems, instrumentation, and data acquisition tools.

Experience with cable assemblies, PCBs, or electromechanical test processes (preferred).

Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Lead a high-impact, mission-critical engineering function.

Salary range: $80K-$100K DOE
