Job Summary
IndiGo is seeking a seasoned Analytics Implementation Expert to join the Web Analytics team within the Digital department. This role is critical in driving business outcomes through robust analytics implementations and integrations across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. The candidate will be responsible for both technical execution and reporting, ensuring data accuracy, actionable insights, and seamless collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and integration efforts with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch/DTM, and AEP Data Collection Tags.
- Implement Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions including Web SDK, Mobile SDK, and Adobe Campaign integrations.
- Manage large-scale Adobe Analytics implementations, build dashboards, and perform in-depth analysis.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, developers, and designers to deliver analytics solutions.
- Troubleshoot tagging issues using tools like Omnibug, Tag Assistant, and Experience Cloud Debugger.
- Write and modify JavaScript code for analytics tagging, coordinate with developers for deployment.
- Develop and enforce tagging standards and frameworks.
- Analyze data using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and other platforms to support key stakeholder and Line of Businesses.
- Create clear and actionable business and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Adobe Technical Support to resolve platform issues.
- Maintain and update documentation for analytics solutions and tech specs.
- Design and maintain Adobe Analytics Workspace projects to provide interactive dashboards and visualizations tailored for different business units.
- Leverage Adobe Analytics segmentation and calculated metrics to create advanced reports that uncover user behavior patterns and conversion trends.
- Generate and maintain dashboards in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to provide real-time visibility into key performance metrics for stakeholders.
- Deliver periodic and ad-hoc reports tailored to business needs, enabling data-driven decision-making across Digital, Product, and Marketing teams
Reporting & Governance Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end reporting lifecycle for web and mobile analytics implementations.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across dashboards and reports.
- Develop and maintain KPI frameworks aligned with business goals.
- Present insights and performance metrics to Digital leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support audit and compliance requirements related to analytics data.
- Collaborate with governance teams to ensure tagging and reporting standards are met.
Required Skills / Must-Have
- Proven experience with Tag Management Systems (Adobe Launch, AEP, Google Tag Manager).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Web development skills: JavaScript, HTML, jQuery.
- Experience in debugging and testing analytics implementations (Sanity, Regression Testing).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, marketing, and design teams.
- Experience with Adobe Mobile SDK is a plus.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Engineering, or a related technical field.
Certifications / Licenses
- Preferred: Adobe Experience Cloud certifications
- Optional: Google Analytics certification
