ResponsibilitiesThis role supports the Director, Treasury-Finance as a financial business partner that is intellectually
curious, focuses on generating results and has a growth mindset. Assists and helps analyze aircraft and
engine fleet transactions, cash forecasts, and aviation insurance.
- Support with aircraft and engine fleet transactions (i.e., notifications, deliveries, amendments, lease novations/extensions, and fleet returns/exits). Ensure timely and accurate completion of existing and new fleet information, payments, and reporting.
- Prepare, calculate, and analyze aircraft and engine fleet commitments/purchase agreements, predelivery deposits, delivery pricing, and rent payments.
- Assist with financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives, business/fleet decisions, and financing transactions.
- Analyze financial impact of aviation insurance renewals and claims. Coordinate and request certificates of insurance with third-party service providers.
- Update cash forecasts that facilitate cash and liquidity initiates to meet current and future obligations. Partner with internal departments to ensure that both projected results and cash requirements are accurately reflected in cash flow projections.
- Research and analyze industry trends, review SEC filings for treasury-related information and transactions, and clearly convey conclusion and insights.
- Develop presentation materials; assist with treasury related SEC reporting requirements/quarterly 10-Q/K support documentation/Bloomberg support; perform ad-hoc analysis and other treasury duties as directed.

- Keen analytical skill and detail oriented with a passion for ‘getting it right’ under pressure/tight timelines.
- High proficiency in financial modeling techniques; strong fluency with formulas and functions.
- Must be a self-starter with strong prioritization and organization skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or Master’s Degree preferred.
- 2-3+ years Treasury/FP&A/Finance experience.
- Strong financial analysis and financial modeling experience required.
