Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for a Payroll Processor. This a contract with a global leader located in Hazlet NJ. This is 100% onsite.
Pay $27/hour
Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with employees and management.
- You possess a logical and methodical work manner accompanied by a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
- 3 years of payroll processing experience on ADP WFN.
- Knowledge of E-time is a plus.
- Understanding of payroll processing principles.
- Must be able to interact with various levels of management.
- Must work well under strict deadlines and in a high-volume environment where multitasking is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office- Excel, Word
Responsibilities:
- Processing Weekly, Biweekly, Semi-monthly and Monthly payrolls for assigned employees using ADP Workforce Now.
- Responsible for accurate processing of all aspects of the payroll process, including but not limited to, maintaining and processing time and attendance records; processing all payroll deductions; processing compensation changes, overtime, and shift changes; and withholding adjustments.
- Performing pre-processing and post-processing payroll reconciliation tasks as required.
- Preparing and providing all required payroll and related reports needed for the month-end.
- Responding to payroll inquiries from employees via tickets.
- Responsible for review and accurate completion of periodic and year-end reporting information.
- Additional tasks and projects as assigned.
