Johnson Service Group, a nationally award-winning staffing firm, has an immediate opportunity for a Financial Planning Analyst for a Global Medical Device Company in Mississauga, ON.
Contract | Hybrid | $35-$36 per hour depending on qualifications.

As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will be instrumental in developing and managing financial models, forecasts, and budgets that shape the company’s future. Responsibilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- Expertise in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles
- Ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Knowledge of Canadian and US financial regulations
- Prior experience in a corporate finance environment or consulting
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles
- Possession of a professional accounting designation (Chartered Professional Accountant).
- The ability to communicate in French is an asset.
