Senior Analyst – Revenue Management (Airline)

Reporting To: Manager – Route Revenue
Role Summary
Responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability of
airline routes through pricing, inventory control, demand forecasting, and competitive analysis. The role requires strong analytical judgment, speed of execution, and high ownership in a dynamic airline environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage revenue performance for assigned flight routes/markets.
- Optimize load factor and yield through pricing and inventory actions.
- Monitor booking trends, forecasts, and passenger demand.
- Conduct regular airline competitor fare and capacity analysis.
- Coordinate with Sales and Commercial teams on market-level strategies.
- Analyze booking performance across channels and fare products.
Key Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in airline revenue management, pricing, or route analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to take quick, data-driven decisions in live markets.
Education
- Graduate degree in analytical fields preferred.
- MBA / PGDM – added advantage.
