Job Summary

The Regional Manager oversees multi-location ground operations, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant service delivery through strategic leadership and coordination with local teams. This role is responsible for financial performance, operational standards, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction across the assigned region, while actively collaborating with airport authorities, internal leadership and security teams.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to General Managers and operational teams across multiple stations
Oversee station operations to ensure efficient use of equipment, facilities, and personnel
Analyze operational and financial data to drive profitability and performance
Develop and enforce company policies, safety rules, and compliance with TSA, FAA, CBP, and local regulations
Approve and monitor capital expenditures, equipment procurement, and site security plans
Partner with upper management on strategic planning and policy development
Investigate and resolve internal and external complaints
Support business development and customer relationship efforts within the region
Oversee security compliance, audits, and corrective actions in coordination with corporate security teams
Promote a fair, respectful, and inclusive workplace environment
Maintain accurate reporting, respond to inquiries from regulatory bodies, and ensure ongoing operational compliance

Minimum Requirements

7+ years of leadership experience in ground handling, logistics, or related field; 3+ years managing multi-sire operations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation, or related field, or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of TSA, FAA, CBP, and airport regulations
Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive performance across locations
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision making skills
Ability to travel domestically up to 75%; valid drivers license required
Must pass background checks and obtain airport security clearance
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Ability to manage and motivate personnel.
Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
Must have strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

Master's degree in Business, Aviation, or related field
Experience in unionized environments
Formal training or certification in operations management or safety compliance
Working knowledge of airport security systems and contract negotiations
Experience collaborating with government agencies and airport authorities
