Tasks
You will support Lufthansa Group Corporate Security Management in assessing and monitoring the global security situation and its impact on Lufthansa Group flight operations and business units as well as:
- Identification, analysis and assessment of security-relevant risks as well as the accompanying communication and documentation
- Active situation management in crisis situations
- Research activities on current security-relevant topics (e.g. political crises, terrorism)
- Support in the day-to-day operations of the internal 24/7 situation center (Lufthansa Group Security Desk)
- Managing and implementing current projects and continuously developing and improving internal processes
- Creation of presentations and project-related documents
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
- Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
- Good communication and cooperation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Interest in familiarizing yourself with unfamiliar areas of responsibility
- Very good knowledge of German and English (written and oral)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
