Tasks
During your internship, you will help shape the future of learning in aviation - at the interface of innovation, digitalization and strategic product management. You will gain exciting insights into modern learning technologies, training concepts and their commercial implementation.
Digitalization and innovation
- Researching and evaluating innovative training methods and technologies (e.g. VR)
- Identifying and making initial contact with potential technology partners and helping to evaluate and design new partnerships
- Supporting internal communication and the introduction of new training solutions
- Creation of media for the implementation of new technologies (e.g. presentations, documents)
Product management
- Carrying out business evaluations (e.g. profitability analyses)
- Participation in the development of cooperation models (e.g. business plans, concept documents)
- Supporting the further development of training programs in collaboration with specialist departments
- Participation in the planning and implementation of workshops
Requirements
To complete an internship with us, you should ideally be studying for a Master's degree or at least in the 4th semester of your Bachelor's degree and be enrolled for the entire internship - as part of a voluntary or compulsory internship.
- Enrolment for the entire period of the internship (a current certificate of enrolment and, in the case of a compulsory or mixed internship, written proof of compulsory internship must be enclosed with the application) or an internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
- At least in the 4th semester of the Bachelor's program or already in the Master's program
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Structured, independent and flexible way of working
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and initiative
- Very good knowledge of German and English
