What You Will Be Doing:
The selected candidate will join the Integrated Data Solutions (IDS) team establishing the technical publications for the illustrated parts breakdown integration effort. The IDS IBP Integration Team is establishing a brand new Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB) capability that will design, build, and operate end to end processes for capturing, authoring, delivering, and supporting engineering data. We are seeking a highly motivated IPB Integration team members who will lead the requirements definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IPB workflow, working closely with engineering, sustainment, and delivery stakeholders.

Desired Skills
- Exposure to markup language authoring (Knowledgeable in element and attribute XML tagging for S1000D-compliant interactive electronic publications)
- Exposure to engineering data management, configuration management, IBP or Technical publications environments
- Experience with electronic technical publications task relationships, applicability, and change management.
- Experience with illustrated parts breakdown or similar technical data publishing (e.g., IPB, Illustrated Parts Catalog).
- Hands on experience with scripting/automation languages (e.g. Python)
- Exposure to AI/ML based quality checking tools for engineering data.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to influence cross functional teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices and requirement management tools.

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
