Job Description
This req is for the JAGM Production Operations Manager. Selected candidate will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of JAGM production and EGT, requires continuous coordination and communication with all make centers building JAGM production.
What You Will Be Doing
Your Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To
- Leading the execution of production scope of BUY 17 and BUY 18 contracts and supporting future proposals as opportunities arise.
- Regularly provide production status to both TAGM customer and LM Program Management.
- Travel to Ocala, Troy, Archbald as needed to support ongoing production.
- Based out of Orlando and manage IPT leads supporting MDMS Production.

Experience using capacity analysis to develop
production plans and influence capital

Strong Communication Skills, both oral and
written
Ability to energize teams
Experience using MES-CAPP, Winchill, ECE,
Tablou, and RELM
