Johnson Service Group is currently looking for a deburring candidate with 2-5 years’ experience to join our operations team at our Chatsworth, CA facility. We are looking for an experienced debur specialist to join our machining team in a fast paced environment. This a Temp-Direct job.
Shift: 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $24.00 HR
Primary Responsibilities
As part of the team, you would ensure that the material/parts are completed to blueprint and meet all quality standards.
Your daily work may include, but is not limited to:
• Performs finishing duties in accordance with drawings, travelers, and manufacturing procedures.
• Deburrs and hand finishes parts per required specifications by using established procedures, machines, and tooling.
• Operates drills, vertical/horizontal cut off saw, basic deburr and hand finish tools.
• Distributes maintenance supplies in the facility.
Professional Qualifications
• Experienced machinist able to apply commonly used concepts, practices, and processes in a Machine Shop environment.
• 2 - 5 years of metal hand finishing or deburring experience
• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent of progressive related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Completion of technical school a plus
