About the team you are joining
The Airline, Airport and Security OCS department provides the aviation
industry with transformative operational and compliance solutions helping to
drive overall profitability and sustainability.
Within the AAS Department, the Survey Solutions team is responsible for
developing and delivering survey solutions to airlines and other industry
organisations, supporting IATA’s commercial and advocacy objectives. Its
primary focus is on developing, conducting, and enhancing IATA's survey
programs which have a major impact on airlines, helping to optimize passenger
satisfaction, safety and other areas benefiting from survey and benchmark
intelligence.
Reporting to the Senior
Product Manager Survey Solutions, you will support the team with the
development, launch and operations of current and new survey programs offered
by IATA.
What your day would be like
- Monitor
and manage operations on IATA’s survey solutions including PaxInsight,
I-ASC, GPS and others to be defined, ensuring smooth operations leading to
excellent data quality and customer satisfaction.
- Optimization
of Survey Solutions interfaces and reports, improving operational
efficiency and quality of the solutions.
- Working
with customers and partners to customize survey solutions, and managing
the execution and data collection. This will include deploying survey programs from scratch: from
questionnaire creation to sample, quotas and weights management, fieldwork
monitoring and dashboard creation.
- Analyze
market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and
improve airline service offerings. Your
insights will help shape the future of passenger satisfaction.
- Manage
and administer multiple ad-hoc survey projects simultaneously, ensuring
timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Your organizational
skills will keep us on track and moving forward.
- Create
and present findings of studies in a comprehensive and relevant manner,
helping to deliver market research results with impact.
- Manage
partners and vendors ensuring optimal outcomes for IATA and its customers.
- Acting
as an internal expert for the IATA Survey Solutions programs.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following
- University
degree (bachelor or postgraduate) in Business Administration, Economics or
Marketing with a focus on Market Research or Customer Insights.
- 2-3
years experience in a market research or insights function, at agency or
client side. Experience with customer satisfaction/NPS projects is an
advantage.
- Strong
analytical mindset, with strong data analysis abilities. Comfortable with data
cleaning and basic statistics such as data weighting, significance testing
and regression analysis.
- Ability
to work precisely, accurately and independently.
- Customer
orientated with good communication- and presentation skills
- Excellent
English writing and oral skills; additional languages would be an asset.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a dynamic and multicultural team environment.
