About the team you are joining
You will be part of the dynamic Corporate
Finance team for the North Asia Region, responsible for ensuring accurate
financial reporting, robust revenue management, and compliant accounting
operations across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mongolia. We foster
collaboration, precision, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced,
international environment.
What your day would be like
- Ensure timely recording of all ISS invoices issued by IATA into the accounting system.
- Download settlement reports and bank statements to reconcile and clear customer accounts.
- Monitor and execute collections processes in accordance with corporate policies and timelines.
- Perform accurate and timely revenue recognition, prepare revenue analysis reports, and ensure proper revenue booking.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, as well as forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Manage annual agency fee collection activities and synchronize results in the Unio tool.
- Issue and send VAT invoices (Fapiao) to local customers.
- Collaborate with local tax agents for VAT filing and compliance.
- Complete additional ad-hoc tasks as delegated by the manager.

- University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in an English-speaking environment.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and legal reporting requirements.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and familiarity with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
