Tasks
You will take responsibility for the commercial success of our digital sales channels—from the website and indirect platforms to the direct integration of our customers. In doing so, you will combine data, customer experience, and commercial strategy into holistic performance and revenue growth.
Your responsibilities at a glance:
- Responsibility for the global revenues of our digital sales channels
- Further development and optimization of performance in close collaboration with Pricing, Revenue Management, and our sales regions
- Ensuring a consistent customer experience on the Lufthansa Cargo website by defining and improving digital features and simplifications for our customers
- Managing and expanding indirect sales channels
- Driving your own strategic key results, leading sub-projects, and having a direct impact on global digital revenue
Requirements
You bring a strong drive to make an impact, a results-oriented mindset, and conceptual strength. Your profile is complemented by:
- A completed university degree relevant to the role
- Initial practical experience (e.g., through demanding internships, self-employment, or 1–2 years of professional experience) in areas such as Digital Commerce, eCommerce, Digital Customer Experience, or Consulting
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- A strong affinity for technology and a data-driven mindset
- An entrepreneurial mindset and results orientation
- Persuasiveness, strong communication skills, and confidence in presentations
- Fluent professional communication in English; good knowledge of German is an advantage
