Johnson Service Group (JSG) is actively seeking Avionics for an assignment in Wichita.
Job Description:
- Repair, modify and service aircraft avionics, electrical and electronic equipment with limited supervision
- Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form
- Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required
- Operate ground support equipment
- Ability to operate industrial vehicles and equipment (scissor/boom lift, forklift, etc.)
- Comply with environmental, health and safety policies and procedures. Participate in 5-S activities. Perform work in a safe and timely manner
- Own and maintain hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory and control of tools Read and understand electrical engineering drawings
- Perform aircraft inspections with appropriate oversight
- Basic PC skills
Requirements: • 4+ years on avionics corporate experience
• Troubleshooting experience
• Wire terminating
• Pinning connectors
• Wire routing
• Wire harness building
• Avionics experience on modification
