📢 We are looking for our next CARGO OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR to join the Cargo Management team in Frankfurt, Germany. You will play a key role in supervising cargo operations at Frankfurt, directly contributing to keeping millions of people connected with the world.
🚀 There’s no routine here, every day brings a new challenge. Among your main responsibilities:
- Ensure that the Service Provider complies daily with the planning, execution, and control of operations.
- Channel daily communication between the Service Provider and Latam Cargo in case of deviations or issues with the operation.
- Identify and report non-compliance with procedures as opportunities for improvement.
- Directly supervise special operations such as handling AVI, HEA, BIG, Charters cargo, etc.
- Prepare daily management reports for the area and present them to both the Team and external departments.
🎯 What do you need to take off in this role?
- Ideally, a higher education degree in engineering, business administration, operations, or logistics.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in operational, logistics, or production areas is essential.
- Intermediate to advanced level of German.
- We need you to have an intermediate or advanced level of English. If you got this far, we’re flying in the same direction!
- Availability to live in Frankfurt or surrounding areas.
- Availability to work in shifts, including weekends, on a Sunday-to-Sunday rotation.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus.
