Technical Supervisor
Ensure 99% serviceability of all GSE-GSV.
Plan lubricants, filters & consumables for PMS.
Monthly Budget Monitoring (Overall Budget R&M)- Region WiseGEMS Fuel, maintenance & inventory module Implementation and Utilization.
Completion of Renewal/ Fitness/ Compliance activities of GSE/GSVFollow up daily with Stores / Regional Office for the spares required for grounded GSE.
Ensure schedule servicing of GSE as per IndiGo defined check list and processes.Perform inspection / test drive of GSE post PMS / rectification of snags and inform user dept.
Undertake periodical checks of GSE to verify that, they are safe for operational use.Carry out / perform break- down maintenance activities.Carry out allocated tasks within given timelines as & when assigned by reporting manager.
Up-keep of tools & machines used in fabrication/ welding activities.Co-ordinate with stores for spares and Local repairs.
Ensure to update all documents & GEMS pertaining to GSE daily.Supervise and delegate maintenance task to technicians for efficient & quality maintenance of GSE.
Assist and guide technicians during maintenance activities and acquaint them of SOP’s and maintenance / grooming standards followed at IndiGo.
Ensure proper handing over & taking over from one shift to another.
Prepare monthly roster.
Validate Attendance Regularisation/leave request/Overtime if any of technicians.
