As a THAAD Systems Engineer, Your Responsibilities May Include
- Report to the WSE System Design and Architecture Manager supporting system design for both United States Government and existing/future Foreign Military Sales contracts.
- Participate in system level design reviews and performance interchange meetings for future capabilities.
- Interact well with peers, leadership, customers and subcontractors
- Support technical discussions, and communicate in a clear and concise manner
- Take the initiative to support the WSE organizations goals.

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related technical field and/or equivalent experience
- Understanding of overall system engineering process
- Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) design and analysis
- Experience modeling complex systems with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Experience with generating 6DoF trajectories and/or Missile Defense System threat modeling
- Experience with CONOPS development
- Medium or high fidelity simulation experience
- System performance assessment tactics
- Scripting with Python, Matlab, Unix, Linux, Shell, Bash, C++, etc...
- Ability to define and detail solutions to complex problems and to convey solutions to both senior management and to the customer
- Demonstrated basic understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors
- Knowledge of AGILE process
