Position Summary
The Assisting R&D controller will be responsible for producing reports and analysis for the business stakeholders of the new financial business structure of the CSP R&D business line.
Essential Functions
Must be able to:
- Use excel spreadsheets at fairly high level
- Communicate well with business stakeholders
- Pick up IT systems quickly
- Carry out finance reconciliations
Responsible for:
- Assisting the R&D Controller with Cost reporting
- Assisting the R&D controller with Project reporting
- Assisting the R&D controller with Headcount control
- Assisting the R&D controller with Forecast preparation
- Assisting the R&D controller with Budget preparation
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Finance Analysis role
- 2+ years of experience in Project Analysis
- Excel skills of medium to advanced
- CIMA part qualified or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle would be preferred
- Microsoft BI an advantage but not essential
