Enterprise Solutions (ES) is seeking an Ancillary Order Management Product Manager to lead the vision and execution of IT development roadmaps that enable ordering, fulfilling, and servicing ancillary products such as seats, bags, wifi, catering and more.
The Order Management team is responsible for the following scope:
- Orchestration to create, retrieve, change and cancel an order
- Create and update the order record
- Creation of records in legacy systems of record

Responsibilities
- Develop a business vision and a sequenced roadmap for the order management of ancillary products and services
- Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to determine requirements for the order management of ancillary products and services
- Collaborate with Ancillary Offer business and IT partners to translate upstream business requirements into usable and reliable solutions that span the full retailing process from Offer to Order C Servicing.
- Lead agile development teams to implement requirements.
- Collaborate with other agile development teams, both upstream and downstream, to identify dependencies required to deliver the order management roadmap.
- Communicate progress against development roadmap to leaders and stakeholders.
- Learn the business rationale behind ancillary order data schemas and orchestration patterns with the goal of building solutions that are product-agnostic, channel-agnostic, and form of payment-agnostic
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Proven success in understanding and managing complex processes.
- Able to demonstrate intellectual curiosity and critical thinking
- Experience translating a business vision into written technical requirements.
- Ability to communicate clearly to business leaders and technical developers.
- Must have the ability to work well with diverse groups in a time sensitive and team environment with minimal supervision.
- Results oriented and capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines with attention to detail and follow through.
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Preferred Major in quantitative discipline such as Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
- Combination of at least 5+ years of relevant working experience in Revenue Management, Internal or External channels, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics.
- Experience in at least one commercial or operations function such as Reservations, ACS, eCommerce, Revenue Management, Sales, or IT preferred.
- Experience working in an Agile environment as a Product Manager/Owner.
